The Case Manager Supervisor ensures that case managers deliver services to clients consistent with the professional standards of the Case Management Model, the requirements of funding contracts and the policies and procedures and Shared Values of Volunteers of America-Greater New York.

Principal responsibilities include:
• Supervise case managers, interns and other staff as assigned.
• Develop program and community resources and provide training and reference materials for case management staff. Manage sharing sessions for peer skill development and resource sharing.
• Provide quality case management services, protect integrity of adopted models, use available resources efficiently and achieve service outcome goals.
• Manage program record keeping, data collection and evaluation to provide for continuous improvement of case management services.
• Manage a client caseload as assigned.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Minimum qualifications:
Masters degree in human services with three years experience with a similar client population.
