Case Processing Specialists Summary

Our client is a large international management consulting company with locations in 48 countries around the world. 

This company has a large government contract with the federal government in Silver Spring, Maryland. They are seeking to fill multiple long-term contract positions.

Case Processing Specialist Duties & ResponsibilitiesEnsure the timely processing of all new claims. Perform quality control throughout the entire process. Ensure accurate records of inquiries are maintained and reported.Enter, transcribe, and verify data.  Scan hardcopy correspondence and forms.  Loading data into systems and generating related correspondence.Maintain files, records, and chronologies of entry activities.Organize, expedite and handle incoming and outgoing mail. 


No relocation will be provided.  Only local candidates please.


 

Essential Case Processing Specialists Skills & CharacteristicsShould have a strong understanding of federal government accounting and finance processing rules and regulationsExperience in debt collection and financial litigation is preferredShould be familiar with various government related word processing and spreadsheet softwareMust perform consistently and accurately with a minimal rate of errorsSupervisory experience is requiredU.S. citizenship is requiredMust be able to pass a credit check and background check
