We need a unique perfectionist who can provide excellent customer service while simultaneously focusing on multiple details and deadlines. Gallup’s ideal Collections Administrator will be a talented communicator who relishes creating relationships. In this role, you will correspond with clients via telephone and e-mail to create relationships and achieve solutions for customers’ past due accounts. We want someone who can effectively identify and resolve customer concerns that prevent timely invoice payments. Full training in Oracle® Financials software will be provided; prior knowledge is an advantage. Candidates must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
