HRAdvantage, a division of Gallagher Benefit Service, is a growing a Human Resource consulting firm specializing in compensation planning and design.   We are looking to add consultants to our growing team.   All candidates with compensation experience should apply as we are looking for both junior and senior level positions. We are located in Waukegan.  Our very casual office is a great work environment!

 

Compensation Consultants will be asked to manage a wide variety of client engagements.  This will include maintaining current clients and developing relationships with new accounts.   Areas of involvement include: base pay analysis, variable pay programs, creating compensation structures and executive compensation.

 

The right candidate will have proven track record working with a team and effectively communicating their ideas.   Organization and management of work load is extremely important. In addition, Senior Consultants will be asked to help manage the team.

 

Experience in the healthcare industry a plus.   Master degree preferred for senior position.  General guidelines of level of experience:   Junior Consultant 2-5 years, Senior Consultant 5 years or more.
