Experience creating and issuing RFP’s, RFQ’s, RFI’s 2. Experience in reviewing RFx responses, negotiating/implementing contracts 3. Contracts Management Experience 4. Specific experience within the construction environment would be desirable for some of our clients. 5. Ability to influence multiple client and supplier contacts in order to meet project objectives. 6. Project management skills 7.
