Consulting Services Manager

Consulting Services Manager encompass many aspects of day to day branch operations.  Primary responsibilities focus on 1) the leadership and support of field employees and, 2) maintaining two-way communication with clients. Job Responsibilities: Establish and maintain a line of communication directly with consultants, or through Account Managers when necessary. Monitor new employee’s orientation and acclimation to CIBER, the information services industry and the initial client assignment.  Conduct 30 day New Hire Follow Up review. Communicate with Account Managers, Directors of Delivery and clients to understand and resolve performance related issues. Provide coaching to improve consultant’s effectiveness or conduct.  Secure technical assistance if needed.  Monitor and document progress and results. Assist in the resolution of other field issues and grievances. Mediation and consultation. Monitor the transition of existing employees to new assignments and client environments. Manage annual performance review process of field consultants with assistance of, Account Managers and the Area Director. Conduct or delegate as needed. Manage the facilitation and development of appropriate technical training and certification programs with the Directors of Delivery. Plan and conduct employee meetings to reward, educate, and / or train employees. Administer CIBER policies and procedures in a fair and consistent manner. Provide feedback to recruiters as to success of applicants on the job.
