Contract Human Resources Generalist

Our client, a global professionals services firm, is seeking a Contract Human Resources Generalist for approximately 3 months with a possibility of extension.

 

PRIMARY DUTIES:In conjunction with others design, develop, implement and assist in the management of HR programs which align with the people agenda and strategic business plansProvide research and analysis support on identified HR programs/initiativesDevelop organizational chartsProvide key HR processes as assignedAssist in the creation and the implementation of HR policies and processes within the practice to support business needs while ensuring consistency and compliance

REQUIREMENTS:Experience with the identification, development and implementation of HR programs and initiativesFoundational knowledge of Human Resources including the areas of Performance and Talent Management, HR Reporting/Transactions, and Organizational DevelopmentResearch and analysis capabilities – ability to effectively research, analyze and report on identified subject matterProven communication skillsTeam and customer focused, able to collaborate and partner with others to deliver resultsExperience with the Microsoft suite of products (i.e., Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);  Visio experience is a plus

 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:3-5+ years of human resources experience, preferably in a professional services or high technology companyBachelor’s degreePHR or SPHR certification a plusMust be comfortable working through ambiguity and in a fast-paced dynamic environment
