The company is headquartered in Century City, California.Job DescriptionDraft, manage and track license agreements from term sheet stage through contract execution.Communicate contract status reports to licensing sales force and external clients.Maintain and ensure accuracy of contract management database.Manage licensee contract compliance matters including insurance and financial obligations and issues.Review and edit corporate legal documents. Research business and legal issues.Draft, revise and finalize correspondence, memoranda, forms and other documentation and assemble relevant documents relating to specific projects.  Maintain contract and corporate legal files and provide record-keeping support. Miscellaneous administrative responsibilities as assigned.  RequirementsBA/BS Degree.1-2 years experience in contract administration or legal profession required.  Extremely conscientious, detail-oriented individual.Ability to take initiative and work independently in a high-pressure, heavy workload environment.Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Certified Paralegal a plus.Attorneys and law school graduates will not be considered.
