Job Description:

The Contracts Specialist for Corporate Infrastructure will be responsible for a full range of contract administration activities including: pre-proposal activities, non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreement generation and execution. This individual will also handle proposal preparation and support, subcontract RFP development, terms and conditions evaluation, pricing, risk assessment/management, negotiations and subcontract administration. The formulation and implementation of contract policies and procedures, report preparation, problem resolution, CPSR and closeout will also be the responsibility of the Contracts Specialist.



 

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates should possess the following:

· Bachelor’s Degree required

· 12-15 years of federal government contracting experience

· Excellent written and oral communications

· Strong analytical/conceptual skills

· Must be proficient in MS Office applications

· Must be able to multi-task in fast paced, demanding environment

· Preferred skills required:Commercial IT contracting experienceGovernment Purchasing System (CPSR) experienceExperience in Export Control proceduresExperience in Government Property Control a plus
