We are currently recruiting individuals in the Los Angeles area with the following: • Graduate of top tier law school • Large law firm and/or In-house experience • Corporate, SEC, and/or entertainment experience required • Minimum of 10 years of experience • Admitted to practice in California and in good standing • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment • Interested in project assignments in a variety of different industries and work/life balance We are only looking for local candidates at this time.
