Corporate Director of Accounting & Asset Management

The Kessler Collection, is a portfolio of boutique four and five-diamond quality properties located in Florida, Georgia, Colorado and New Mexico.  Known for luxurious, art-inspired atmosphere and decor, each hotel is uniquely designed and focuses on providing the highest level of service and attention to detail.  The boutique properties feature an emphasis on quality that is designed to entertain guests while making them feel comfortable and at home. We currently have an opening in our Corporate office for a talented and dynamic accounting industry leader to join our team as the Corporate Director of Accounting & Asset Management. The person we are looking for will oversee all strategic accounting operations and therefore have a strong background in the following areas: Hotel and hospitality accounting Real estate asset management and development Hotel operations This position requires an extensive knowledge and background in hotel operations, accounting and real estate asset management.  This person will be responsible for overseeing the corporate accounting department which currently manages eight hotels and various other real estate assets.  All individual hotel controllers will report to this person.  This individual will be directly involved with all facets of financial reporting requirements by the company lenders and will be involved with the executive team in annual budgeting and forecasting.
