Creative Media Studio Manager
Scope
The studio manager’s objective is to consistently deliver compelling creative and effective digital media solutions to our customers. We are looking for a dynamic, creative individual with great people skills, both in terms of building and managing a team and being at ease in front of the client selling complex creative concepts for large-scale interactive media programs. Will manage work done by in-house YCD creative team and 3rd party partners, work closely with the sales team and our project managers, and collaborate with our music and visual department based in Israel.
Responsibilities
Design, create and manage compelling digital creative content for the purposes of building sales programs and/or enhancing the in-store experience for our clients’ customersAssign the A/V projects to outside design vendorsManage all outsourced editing of video, creating flash animations, creating 3D animations and editing video play lists using Flash softwareCreate applications for screen layout, multi screen layout, multi zone layout and creative content formattingCreate sound networks, understand hypersonic focused speakers and sound domes
Experience
Ideally the Studio Manager will have prior experience on the creative side of a below-the-line agency or be a seasoned digital media creative. An understanding of music editing would be advantageous. We’re looking for an, enthusiastic go-getter who is willing to work hard and keeps cool under pressure. Plus:
Demonstrated ability to understand customer’s business needs and translate them into compelling creative contentSerious experience using Adobe aftereffects (3), freehand design software, Adobe illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Final Cut, Flash CS3 and 3D applicationsExperience in an ad network/signage company, ad agency, content production house, creative studio, or a large brand's in-house creative design shopCustomer oriented approach and an outlook that sees problems as challengesAbility to provide professional consultation to customersGood communication skills and willingness to travel
