50,000.00 - 70,000.00 USD /yearTBA Status: Full Time, Employee Job Category: Installation/Maintenance/Repair Relevant Work Experience: 5+ to 7 Years Career Level: Manager (Manager/Supervisor of Staff) Education Level: Some College Coursework Completed Company: Synerfac Technical Staffing Email: Apply by Email Website: www.synerfac.com Customer Service Department Manager Our client located in the Malvern area of the Philadelphia suburbs is looking for an experienced, energetic and customer focused Department Manager to join their growing team.  The ideal individual would be a degreed, full-time, dedicated CS Department Manager capable of handling multiple requirements for a commercial business campus. Qualified candidates will have 5-10 years experience in the management of a customer service team.  The ideal candidate must possess excellent customer service skills and have the ability to manage, motivate, train and work within their team.  They must have experience and knowledge with the maintenance, servicing and troubleshooting of various equipment in and around the business campus site.  Additionally, this individual will be responsible for dispatching the appropriate maintenance individual after the calls are fielded.  They must be driven to succeed and able to work with minimal supervision. BS Degree in Management or related discipline 5-10 years in a large business campus customer service role   Ability to handle 500+ service calls per day Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to maintain an efficient schedule and effectively manage deadlines This is a replacement for a girl that they have in place now.  Looking to start interviewing immediately
