Customer Service Representative/Driver

Join our dynamic company as a lead provider of litigation support services in the United States and abroad. We service over 1500 clients and corporations, including a majority of the AmLaw 200 index of top law firms in the U.S. We provide digital imaging, electronic data discovery, computer forensics, coding, litigation copying, digital and offset printing services.

ONSITE3 is in need of a Customer Service Driver who is able to efficiently pick up, transport and deliver client materials to ensure customer satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Pick up and deliver client boxes.
Ensure client instructions are complete and special instructions are clear.
Perform final quality check (ensure proper labeling of boxes for delivery).
Maintain delivery and pick up logs.
Create and maintain delivery card.
Responsible for cleanliness and maintenance of vans.
Establish rapport with client and Sales Team; promote teamwork among various departments.
Receive customer¡¦ requests by telephone or by mail.
Analyze requests, provides information requested or ascertains who can best provide the information and route the request to the proper person.
Perform other duties as assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent.
Legal industry sales experience preferred, but not required.
Two to four years minimum of business to business sales.
Working knowledge of MS Office.
Drivers License and Clean driving record required.
Strong customer service experience.
Must be detail oriented.
Familiarity with navigating in the assigned area helpful, but not a pre-requisite.
Ability to communicate verbally and in written form to diverse audiences.
Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
Ability to work in teams and build relationships.
Ability to represent self and company well
Pleasant telephone manner to enhance relationships with customers.
Willingness to listen and learn.




Must be able to driver for a long period of times; making frequent stops.
Good physical conditions, able to lift 50 lbs. safely.
Must be dependable, reliable, and mature enough to handle equipment safely and sensibly.
Standing, walking, bending, and stretching are required regularly to perform customer service tasks.
Vision must be sufficient to drive safely and to inspect autos for maintenance.
Must possess excellent verbal, written and auditory skills to discuss work-related matters.
