Director - Financial Restructuring

Highly respected boutique Corporate Financial Restructuring firm is actively seeking Directors to join their growing practice. The firm has provided financial restructuring services to the top bankruptcy cases in recent years.  Consulting and Financial Advisory Services for both Debtor and Creditor engagements for bankruptcy and out of court cases. Company also offers additional advisory services including pre-emptive bankruptcy advise, operational turnaround, business strategy and interim management.

Requirements: • Experience restructuring financially distressed companies or related senior level financial experience preferred. • Minimum of 5 - 7 years within accounting/finance or restructuring field • Must have a minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance • Master’s Degree, CPA, CTP or CIRA preferred •  Knowledge of corporate bankruptcy processes and procedures a plus • Strong  business development skills. Excellent project management skills and proven capabilities in managing a team • Strong knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles and expertise within the field of restructuring • Self-starter with the ability to work in fast-paced, multi-task environment • Superior interpersonal, communication and organizational skills • Proficiency with PC environment and related software, preferably Microsoft Office and various financial research tools • Ability to travel 80% - 90% • Leadership and management skills. Desired: • MBA, CPA, CTP or CIRA preferredCompensation: Dependent on Experience. Strong and competitive bonus structure.
