Responsibilities

 

Ø  Drive sales of Axon’s integration, optimization, remote support and SAP upgrade products within selected accounts.

Ø  Identify specific opportunities within major accounts and work with the assigned Account Executives to integrated them into the account and pursue the opportunities.

Ø  Develop and maintain relationships with senior business and IT executives within those identified accounts

Ø  Develop and maintain a strong relationship with SAP

Ø  Establish and negotiate alliances with complementary providers to enhance the quality of the end to end solution

Ø  Generate revenue from new business and repeat revenue from existing customers

Ø  Achieve sales targets set within set margin criteria

Ø  Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to management

Ø  Encourage the cross selling of all consulting products into the local client base

Ø  Source, co-ordinate and respond to RFPs in a timely manner

 

Requirements

 

Ø  Proven track record in closing deals and achieving targets

Ø  Ideally an established network of contacts in the Aerospace & Defense industry

Ø  Strong desire to learn and prove themself in a highly competitive and fast paced industry

Ø  Customer focused with strong interpersonal skills to manage key client relationships

Ø  Experience in selling ERP, ideally SAP solutions into the Aerospace & Defense industry.

Ø  Strong team player

Ø  Highly developed negotiation skills

Ø  Strong communication skills, able to write and present well

Ø  Aggressive and hard working

Ø  A minimum of 3-5 years proven and successful sales consulting experience in the IT Industry

Ø  Previous big 5 Consulting firm experience a plus

Ø  Preferably Relevant degree in Business, Computer Science, Math or Engineering

Ø  Must be willing to travel extensively.  Position will be up to 75% travel so maximum flexibility is required.
