We are aggressively focusing on adding a high-powered consulting sales focus to our Healthcare practice, and are seeking someone with experience selling consulting services into pharmaceutical companies, or in buying consulting and market intelligence inside the pharma community. This position is most likely to be staffed in our New York or Rockville Centre offices. Accordingly, we are now looking for highly motivated, entrepreneurial, results-driven and analytical inside sales professionals to sell consulting and research/analysis services to senior level executives from Global 2000 companies. Sales professionals should have strong verbal and communications skills and an excellent phone presence, an ability to adhere to and carry out the sales process of lead generation, pitch/presentation and closing deals, along with an outgoing personality, tenacious attitude, good listening skills and an unlimited drive to succeed. Roles and responsibilities:
Leverage existing contacts within the pharma/biotech sector and identify new prospects who are buyers of growth consulting servicesDevelop a strong understanding of client needs, and work with our experienced research and consulting teams to develop solutions that meet and exceed client expectationsWork with clients to establish long-term relationships to support building a consulting business with big pharmaConsistently move the customer towards a positive buying decision or commitment Present key benefits, while focusing on customer needs Demonstrate drive, persistence, and achievement of sales targets Initiate outbound calls to prospective and current Frost & Sullivan clients Account management
Requirements:
Experienced in working in the consulting industry with big pharmaEntrepreneurial Determined to sell successfully Ambitious and confident Focused Honest, ethical Excellent communicator Inside OR outside sales experience (inside sales preferred, but NOT required) Must be able to work under pressure Must be PC literate An outgoing personality, tenacious attitude, good listening skills and an unlimited drive to succeed
