Director of Business Process Management
Overview:Trading Technologies (TT) is looking for a dynamic, process-focused BPM Director who enjoys detail-oriented work as an individual as well as leading a team in a fast-paced and flexible work environment. The BPM Director needs to be familiar with techniques and methodologies for process improvement, organizational change, and process modeling. This position will interface across all departments within TT to help the organization identify improvement opportunities, eliminate process redundancy, as well as providing more efficient use of resources to achieve strategic goals through changes to the organization's capabilities, policies, processes and information systems. Responsibilities:· Understand the needs of TT as a whole, its strategic direction, and identify initiatives that will allow us to meet those strategic goals through automation. · Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative business process information and data from all departments and teams. · Create quality business deliverables with quantifiable business performance measurements that align with business goals. · Leverage process improvement techniques to perform analysis of organizational processes, policies and systems and identify opportunities for enhancements that will further corporate objectives.· Interface with all departments and teams to analyze process, verify the correctness of a process as it relates to all departments including: Providing unbiased assessment of processes, data and systems, as well as focusing on and analyzing cross-functional operations and systems. · Recommend change, identify and understand resistance, as well as facilitate to help with the acceptance of change.· Gather and plan the departmental process automation requirements, project managing the high level development process as well as prioritization of automation requirements for implementation for TT as a whole.· Facilitate and lead business meetings with business users and stakeholders at all levels from front-line to director level and above.· Develop a Business Intelligence framework design - Gather the metric and indicator based reporting requirements from the business as a whole in order to build and evolve a business intelligence reporting hierarchy as well as relational health thresholds for KPI. Requirements:· Bachelor’s Degree required; an MBA is a plus. · 7-10 years experience in organizational, process, financial and behavioral change necessary for successful BPM initiatives.· The individual must possess great analytical skills -seeking out and piecing together fragments of information, extrapolating, building and applying conceptual models, recognizing patterns and drawing conclusions from partial data. · Must have excellent verbal, written, documentation and presentation skills for audience at all levels, from front line to director level and above.· Must have solid experience investigating/understanding existing processes and can provide specific examples of their experience evolving business processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of an organization on an ongoing basis. · Should be comfortable working independently, and have the discipline to fulfill written and other commitments. · Possess a strong leadership and team spirit. They must approach relationships in a win-win perspective, be trustworthy, accountable and be held to the highest standards of objectivity, fairness and integrity to all employees of Trading Technologies. · Substantial experience in Process and Organizational design.· This position requires outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
