Our corporate headquarters is growing, and we are looking for a St. Charles, Il. area based District Consultant to join our dynamic team.

 

SUMMARY:

Responsible for supporting Area Franchisees and Franchisees in increasing area revenues, same store sales, and bottom line profitability of franchise locations. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

·Manage Area Franchisee’s compliance with MBE/UPS standards and requirements.

· Responsible for insuring Area Franchisees and Franchisees are operating in full compliance with MBE standards and requirements,

· Assists Area Franchisees and Franchisees in the growth of their same store sales and bottom line profitability, including analysis of financial information, Pep – CV, pricing and product mix strategies, and addition of new products & services.

· Conduct sample field audits on centers for Area Franchisee accountability.

· Assists in facilitating Franchisee training modules (MBEU) as needed.

· Assists in the development and facilitation of operational training modules at Area networking meetings, regional conferences, Area Franchisee conference, and the annual Family Reunions.

· Submit required reporting to upper management and other disciplines as required.

· Responsible for completing all assigned AOP Action (Annual Operating Plan) items.

· Promote the increase of UPS volume within the assigned territory. Function as a liaison between the local UPS business units and Mail Boxes Etc.

Education and/or Experience: 

Bachelors in Business or related field, or comparable business experience, with 3 - 5 years related experience.  Requires previous experience in operations management and training or consulting.  Background in finance and/ or accounting is essential.



Other Skills and Abilities:

Strong organizational skills, multi task oriented and the ability to work as a team in a fast paced environment. Strong MS Office skills are essential.  Ability to travel domestically as needed.
