THE POSITION
Televerde is currently seeking an E-Marketing Manager to add to its expanding team of dedicated and professional staff. This position has a pay range of $60,000 – $80,000. The primary job location is in Phoenix, Arizona.
The E-Marketing Manager is responsible for the planning and implementation of Televerde’s web-related presence, e-marketing and related activities, including the company’s web sites, SEO initiative, and email marketing activities. By successfully managing and implementing these initiatives within approved schedules, budgets, industry standards, branding guidelines, and in alignment with corporate objectives, this position will directly contribute to achievement of the company’s branding, visibility and revenue goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Thoroughly understand all aspects of the company’s and its clients’ web-related, SEO and e-marketing objectives and opportunities, and successfully marshal the required and appropriate resources to accomplish them. Incorporate principals of ease of use, clean and attractive visual design, and Televerde branding in our client-facing applications.Thoroughly understand Televerde’s value proposition and brand strengths and how to market and communicate them via e-marketing activities and in client-facing engagements.Successfully plan, organize and execute all phases of web- and e-marketing related projects, including continual maintenance and refreshing of content, design, functionality and relevance; development of strategy and budgets; measure and report on site traffic and visibility; and manage strategic partner relationships.Create, standardize and manage e-marketing project management processes, methodologies and schedules across multiple cross-functional teams.Understand the roles of the various key stakeholders (namely Marketing, Sales, IT and partners) and manage the relationships which enable defined cross-functional e-marketing initiatives to be completed.Track and report out on project status and metrics to various management levels.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED FOR CONSIDERATION INCLUDE:
· Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
· Minimum 3-5 years professional experience in graphic design and with web-related projects, including lead or senior role in development of significant public-facing web sites.
· Minimum 5-7 years experience with business-to-business and/or technology marketing services, customer interaction, sales relationships, and strategy development desirable.
**Fluent in Spanish or French a plus**
