Candidate will be responsible for the marketing, product development and management of the Environmental Management Systems (EMS) Service Line Division within the Orange office of ENSR. The Division consists of air quality, water quality, assessment (Phase I EAs, EAs, EISs and EIRs), EMS (EH&S Auditing, ISO and RC) and capital permitting departments. This individual will participate in, prepare or review and comment to staff on Environmental EH&S Audits, ISO Gap Analysis, Permit Applications, Assessments, Air and/or Water Quality hStudies, etc. The candidate will be the primary marketing and sales individual expected to generate $1-2MM in booking revenue annually. The successful candidate will mentor staff engineers, geologists and scientists to ensure the development of quality products for ENSR's clients. Staff management will also include staff scheduling,performance reviews and employee training.QualificationsThis individual must have the ability to manage several projects, possess excellent computer skills and excel in good communication skills. B.S. in Environmental Science, Geology or Engineering with 7-10 years experience, with 2-3 years managing staff.The benefits of an ENSR career begin with professional satisfaction and strong growth.
