Our approach enables us to identify, develop, and implement solutions that align with our clients' visions and strategies. We are looking for a researcher with a passion for assessments and Employee selection research. This individual will most likely have a Masters or PhD. in I/O psychology.  Experience with selection research in a business setting is a plus but is not required. Candidates will come to Gallup with strong quantitative skills.  An I/O background is a plus, along with other relevant experience including:  HRD/HRM consulting, applied statistics, instrument development and validation.  Responsibilities include: Work with internal teams to research and develop selection assessments Analyze data from interviews and assessments Partner with Gallup’s innovative research and consulting teams to create new discoveries in selection research. A Masters or Ph.D. in I/O psychology, social sciences, or related field is preferred.  Experience with SPSS and/or SAS is preferred.Gallup is an Equal Opportunity Employer Company: Gallup Location: Omaha, NE Status: Full Time, Employee Job Category: Biotech/R&D/Science Career Level: Experienced (Non-Manager) Reference Code: 00643 View All Gallup Career Opportunities Send This Link to a Friend
