This individual will manage high profile projects involving the evaluation of client operations, processes and organizational structures and lead the effort to identify opportunities for improvement and support the implementation of those activities.This results-oriented individual will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for client expansion and develop strategies for targeting new clients and expanding of corporate capabilities.
 


Position Requires:5-7 years combined experience in business and/or management consultingProven experience in project management and contract oversight in the Federal marketplaceExperience in business development within the Federal governmentEstablished team leader and manager with experience advising clients and presenting solutions.Demonstrated ability to lead and develop individuals/teams Ensures flexibility to dynamic and changing needs, requirements, and requests from management and customers on a daily basisBA/BS degree in business or related field; Master’s degree preferred. PMP certification is preferredExcellent consultative, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
