Since opening its doors in March 2006, KJC CONCEPTS, Inc. has tripled in size and is in the process of opening its third location!

 

The position we are looking to fill is in management training. In order to professionally manage a team of employees, we believe that one must have a thorough understanding of each position within the company so that they may earn the ability to gain and maintain respect. Because KJC Concepts is responsible for the marketing and sales aspect of at&t's small business division this job involves face to face sales of services to prospective and existing businesses. Our training begins with the sales/consulting side of the business then moves towards the advertising side and further advances to the human resoures division before promotion into management.
