Stafford Solutions, Inc. is a premiere, privately owned and operated sales and marketing firm based in the Philadelphia area.  We have tripled in size this past year and have opened our third office in the East Coast.  To ensure the strength of our professionalism and integrity during this growth, we have everyone start at an entry level position with sales training.  This job involves face to face sales of services to new business prospects. Once someone is successful at consulting and negotiation with business clients, we further train in areas of public speaking, human resources, finance and leadership.

 

Stafford  Solutions is outsourced to specialize in the medium sized business market.  With this recent expansion and the new responsibilities that have been created, we are seeking individuals to fill these new positions.  We are willing to train the right individuals to assist in the growth.


During this growth, we will need multiple management positions filled.  We find our greatest success comes from internally training individuals ourselves.  We avoid office politics by having a policy of promotion based on performance rather than experience or tenure.

Job Description:
- Negotiating and Communicating Among Business Accounts 

  According To Territory Assignment
- Giving Presentations in Both Group And Individual Settings
- Heading Campaign Meetings
- Cross Training Within Other Areas Of The Company
- Participating in Conference Calls to Assist Growth
