Deloitte's Special Programs service line provides cross-functional support and consulting services to Federal Intelligence Agencies. Senior Consultants perform accurate analysis and effective diagnosis of client issues and manage day-to-day client relationships at peer client levels. Education Requirements - Undergraduate degree in business, information systems, human resources,psychology, sociology, political science, organizational behavior or a related discipline preferred - Graduate degree (i.e., MBA, MPA, MS) preferred Experience Requirements - 5 years experience working in Consulting or related industry with focus on Human Capital Change Management and Public Sector - 10 years professional analytic training / experience - U.S. Governement experience within the Federal Govenerment, Military Service, or Consulting / Contracting to the Federal Government - Prior Team Leadership responsibilities Required Skills - Experience with Change Management generating and tracking success metrics - Advanced research skills from original and derivative sources - Experience working with or using collaborative software (SharePoint, wikis, blogs, etc...) Preferred Skills & Experience - Strong analytical skills (e.g., use of Microsoft Excel and/or Access to analyze data) - Strong presentation development and writing skills (e.g., proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word) - Ability to facilitate client meetings and workshops to define client processes and needs - Familiarity with information technology solutions including server-hosted and desktop applications - Ability to lead small teams to complete a project - Strong written and oral skills required Required Work Location - Must be willing to commute daily throughout the Washington DC Metro area and Northern Virginia Security Clearance - Applicants should hold an active TS/SCI and be eligible for a polygraph - Active polygraph preferred Please note that Applicants selected willbe subject to a security investigation and will need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
