We are seeking dynamic and highly motivated professionals with the following characteristics: Experience Preferred -5+ years experience performing financial analysis, including working knowledge of ROI and NPV calculations. -Proven ability to perform trend and variance analysis, identifying risks as well as experience with budgeting and forecasting. -Advanced user of MS Excel including financial modeling techniques. -Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite -Working knowledge of SAP FI/CO a plus. -Working knowledge of project accounting a plus -Previous experience working with government contracts a plus Key Competencies -Self-starter with ability to define deliverables in an uncertain environment. -Ability to work and thrive in strong functional organization. -Action oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Excellent communication (both written and verbal). -Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines. -Knowledge of strategic planning a plus. -Bachelor degree required – Accounting, Finance, Economics -MBA or Masters in Finance a plus.
