Reporting to the VP, Finance, Palladium is currently seeking an IT/systems manager to assume responsibility for supporting our Microsoft Dynamics accounting system and related financial and finance infrastructure systems.  Responsibilities include over maintenance of the systems including periodic upgrades and enhancement as well as managing periodic projects that the organization embarks upon to further the accounting, finance and other reporting objectives for the company. This individual would be required to work closely with the Information Technology (IT) group to ensure that all finance and related projects, systems and initiatives are closely aligned to the company IT strategies. This individual would be required to periodically assist the IT group in liaison and managing company wide projects as they impact the Global finance group. The candidate would also be required to work with Palladium vendors to ensure that systems are appropriately maintained and managed as well as be accountable for the implementation of additional systems and modules to support finance strategies and growth. The individual would be periodically required to perform a business analyst role in working with the finance and other user groups at Palladium, being able to interpret the needs of the user groups and formulate solutions for such finance & related deliverables including reporting initiatives through Crystal Reporting and ad hoc analysis.  The individual would be required to manage a systems analyst. The qualified individual must be able to formulate a training program for the worldwide user base of the finance systems working in partnership with finance team to suggest system and process improvements. Qualifications for the position include:

·         Microsoft Dynamics SL, (formerly Solomon)

o        Financial Modules

o        Project Controller

o        Allocator

o        Flex Billing

·         Accounting experience required

·         Working knowledge with SQL and Crystal Reports

·         Proficiency in Excel and Word

·         Working knowledge of Professional Services Billing Systems

·         Working knowledge of CRM and related systems a plus

·         Desire to become part of dynamic, fast paced company

·         Excellent communication skill

·         Experience in acting as a business analyst

·         Ability to find practical solutions to complex problems
