Front Office Manager

  Key Responsibilities ? Assist and execution of daily Front Office operations ?  Includes guest services, concierge, bellstaff and front desk areas ?  Executes procedures to ensure the highest levels of service. ?  Maintain proper accountabilities ? Development and leadership of the team productivity, service levels and continuous development   Required Job Knowledge and Skills ? Knowledge in all aspects of front office operations. ? Strong leadership and communication skills ? Ability to work with high profile clientele. ?Possess a professional and poised appearance ?Proven organizational skills     Qualifications ? Minimum of 3 years front office supervisory/management  experience. ? High school or equivalent Diploma   Schedule Requirements Schedule will vary, working weekends, evenings, early mornings and holidays will be necessary.
