Ideal candidates possess the following qualifications: • High degree of computer literacy with a major ERP system (i.e. SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft or JD Edwards, Hyperion), Excel and Access • Experience as a Functional Business Analyst, Project Manager, Project Lead, PMO, Change Management, Process Consultant, IT Auditor, SOX or Sarbanes Oxley consultant • Experience with multiple large full-scale, full life cycle implementations, managing both functional and technical teams. • Must have prior experience on project team for implementation, customization, or enhancements to ERP systems • Experience with business process reengineering, including gathering and documenting requirements, documenting workflows and developing specifications for the programmers required. • Big 4 experience a plus • BS/BA degree in Business, Information Management, Computer Science • 7+ years relevant industry or consulting experience • Client service driven with excellent communication and relationship management skills • Flexible, adaptable and hands-on approach Employment sponsorship and corp-to-corp arrangements not available for this position.
