Professional telephone and in-person interpersonal skills. Accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to proof own and others’ work. Ability to take and transcribe accurate committee meeting notes, segment action items, and take responsibility for follow-up activities. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to take initiative, use good judgment, demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, and carry multiple projects through to completion. Ability to work independently, prioritize work, and ask for further clarification when necessary. EEO/AA EMPLOYER, M/F/D/VPosition OverviewThis is a shared position that provides high-level administrative coordination & support to the Northwest Growth & Marketing Team, and the Manager of Finance & Administration.Responsibilities Analyze, Prepare, & format presentations, and financial spreadsheets using Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point. Maintain the Client Information System (CIS) including ongoing database clean-up, updates, and reporting. Partner with the Growth and Marketing Team for support and coordination needs around calendar of events, internal and external. Arrange off-site meetings, including hotel, catering, & other amenities. Manage projects as assigned with Growth and Marketing Team including client account management special projects. Work closely with Manager of Finance & Administration on monthly financial transaction activities, including client billing, and accounts receivable. Track & provide reports on Capital Assets. Facilitate new client intake process including code set-up requests; tracking of all required documents; & file maintenance. Perform backup tasks in operations and facilities, i.e. occasional Reception coverage, routine facility service calls, move coordination. Assist in process improvement, education, and documentation of procedures. Contribute to effective teamwork within both teams. Complete other assigned work and special projects as needed..
