HR Generalist Consultant

Our growing human resources consulting firm in Chicago works with small, mid-size and emerging businesses to provide Human Resources support, outsourcing, and customized consulting services. We are currently looking for a Human Resources Generalist.  This position will serve as a consultant to clients and provide support to the entire management group. 

 

This key member of our team will be primarily responsible for HR Administration, Compliance, Employee Relations, and Benefits related project work.  This position has the potential to expand in scope and responsibility as the company continues to grow.

 

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years HR generalist experience, and a bachelor's degree in HR management or a related field. PHR Certification and bi-lingual in English/Spanish preferred.  Excellent computer, organizational, writing and communication skills, as well as a proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite a must.

 

Compensation for this position is commensurate with experience. Hours are flexible; must be available to travel in and around the Chicago metropolitan area and northern Indiana to provide on-site client support.
