You will be responsible for:Recruitment planning and the selection process.Participating in outside recruiting activities.Developing job descriptions for hiring and pay rate policies.Quality control of employee documentsPerforming Human Resources Management research.Primary liaison with payroll and leasing company.Conducting individual and group orientations.Employee discipline and termination.Performance evaluations.Preparation and notification of employee communications.Occasional reimbursable travel to NY location.

 

Preferred Qualifications:Minimum two year college degree.Two years related experience.Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
