Human Resources Professional

The Midwest Region is seeking a highly motivated Human Resources professional to join its regional management team. The successful person will report directly to the Regional Human Resources Manager for the Midwest region and will collaborate in providing human resource support and guidance to over 315 salaried employees. This position will be based in Chicago, Illinois or its suburbs.
As a broad human resources generalist, major responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
-Developing a positive working relationship with employees and branch leaders to provide timely and quality human resources support
-Utilizing standard processes and best practices to align human resources initiatives with business objectives
-Recruitment and staffing with a strong emphasis on both professional and on-campus recruitment

-Performance management
-Developing and implementing strategies and tactics to attract, develop and retain top talent across the entire workforce
-Employee relations
-Employment equity
-Diversity and compliance
-Team with line and staff management to develop and recruit a diverse organization.
-Leadership development with a strong emphasis on employee development and succession planning.
