Key Responsibilities:

The Hyperion Essbase and Planning Application Developer will be responsible for the delivery of solution-oriented consulting to Fortune 1000 clients utilizing Business Intelligence (BI) and Corporate Performance Management (CPM) technologies.

Duties will include: Developing business focused technical solutions using BI/CPM products for customers Determining customer requirements, project scope, and assisting in creation of estimates of efforts * Developing and implementing applications for customers based on identified requirements Providing installation, configuration, and trouble shooting services Providing development, testing, and implementation services Supporting user training, documentation, and rollout Leading teams throughout client engagements Partnering with team to create and improve methodologies, provide proposal creation support, and assist in pre-sales efforts Required Experience



Required/Desired Qualifications: B.S. in Accounting or Computer Science; MBA, CPA, or equivalent work experience preferred 4+ years experience working with budgeting, consolidation, and financial reporting applications 2 years experience with Hyperion Essbase and one or more of the following technologies: Hyperion Planning  Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)  Hyperion Application Link (HAL)  Hyperion Analyzer Hyperion Integration Server (HIS/EIS) Hyperion Intelligence (Brio/SQR) Experience in full life-cycle of project development including Requirements, Design, Development, Testing, Rollout, Implementation, and Training Experience in a variety of industries such as retail, financial, manufacturing and/or life sciences Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills and ability to foster client relationships and working relationships with peers Excellent analytical and research skills * Self-starter with ability to work on projects with minimum supervision while adding value to cross-functional teams Consulting experience is highly desirable Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% for client engagements (required)
