Job ResponsibilitiesThe IT developer will be responsible for integrating and implementing technology projects in support of: the team supporting the Iraqi Ministries and migrating capabilities and systems from external consulting firms to a Grant Thornton directed environment. There are currently two initial projects: migration of a Procurement Assistance Center help desk website (currently developed on Ruby Rails) and support for enhancements to a Capital Budget Request and Tracking System (currently on Microsoft SharePoint, SQL*Server and utilizing C# routines and Adobe editable forms).
