IT/Network Support Technician

KEMA Inc., a fast-paced, technology-oriented company with offices throughout the world, is seeking a full-time person for its internal Information Technology department, based in Chalfont, Pennsylvania.

 

 

Tasks will include

Key responsibilities of the position include the following:

 

·  Set-up of new PCs and laptops

·  Software installation and upgrades

·  User guidance and training

·  General management of local and wide area networks

·  Configuration and support of Windows 2k3 servers and active directory

·  Support of Terminal Services and Citrix

·  Occasional travel

 

 

What we're asking

 

The successful candidate will have:

 

·  Three to five years of relevant experience

·  In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office, network and workstation troubleshooting skills

·  Demonstrated ability in Customer Service

·  Ability to coordinate multiple, concurrent tasks

·  Ability to effectively work with an engineering/technical staff

Applicants must be fully authorized to work in the U.S.
