Implementation Consultant

Overview:
Manage remote implementations of Concur's Travel and Expense service (Concur Cliqbook Travel and Concur Expense) for clients. Complete implementations within aggressive timeframe while consistently delivering exceptional levels of work quality and client satisfaction.

This position can be located in Eden Prairie MN, Redmond WA, or Alexandria VA.

Responsibilities:
• Manage entire implementation, acting in the role of project manager, functional consultant and technical consultant. Activities include, but are not limited to: leading project kick-off call, understanding and analyzing client business requirements, providing guidance on optimal configuration options to meet client needs, managing third-party and Concur integrations (e.g. - credit cards, EFT, plus services), training clients and preparing for deployment of service to employees - all within defined timeframe of completion.
• Successfully manage multiple/simultaneous implementations by continually motivating clients, ensuring project timelines are met, and client and/or partner issues are addressed.
• Escalate issues to designated team contacts and/or cross-functional teams in a timely manner to ensure implementation issues are addressed early.
• Quickly ramp-up on new releases and product functionality to ensure successful implementation of these features for clients.
• Collaborate with other members of the implementation team to develop and deliver web-based training/presentations covering a range of service topics.
• Contribute to special projects as needed to ensure successful service launches, improved internal processes/methodologies and on-going retention/satisfaction of client base.
• Detail all implementation activities in CRM system.
• Accurately track project time allocation on a daily basis.

Qualifications:
Education, Experience & Training:
• Two or four-year degree.
• Minimum of two years experience in implementation/consulting/project management.
• Previous experience implementing financial or hosted applications preferred.
• Travel industry knowledge preferred.
