As our Education Consultant, your primary function will be to lead client training and change management engagements around the implementation of Salesforce. Previous experience identifying key learning objectives for clients from high-level subject matter expert interviews will aid you in the development of role-based curriculum. Your ability to deliver both hands-on and web-based training is critical to your success as you train all professional levels, including C-level, within each client company. Knowledge of CRM technology, preferably salesforce.com, will allow you to provide change management guidance to clients so they are positioned to accomplish their business goals.
