In order to qualify for this unique and challenging position, the following requirements must be met: 

 

1.  Experience generating income online, preferably with your own business or for clients

2.  Experience as a coach, consultant, trainer, or mentor, preferably in a business environment 

3.  Experience with various online marketing objectives, strategies, and tactics, including how to:

o  Sell products or services online

o  Get online traffic

o  Measure, track, and analyze web logs and marketing results

o  Get a site listed in search engines

o  Conduct effective keyword research for SEO and PPC

o  Implement various techniques for optimizing a web page

o  Run an effective PPC campaign

o  Start an affiliate program

o  Attract Joint Venture opportunities

o  Build an email list and design an effective autoresponder email sequence to market to that list

o  Understand and explain what copywriting techniques work best online

4.  Must have an understanding about the essentials of what constitutes an effective website, including effective design and marketing functionality

5.  Needs to be able to demonstrate strong communication skills via phone and email

6.  Must have the ability to develop and analyze comprehensive marketing strategies

Our 'ideal' candidate will also be able to demonstrate competency in the following areas: 

1.  The ability to analyze a business idea, develop an internet marketing plan, and deliver a "Wow" experience to our clients. 

2.  A strong varied business background and the ability to learn and adapt to a variety of business concepts and strategies

3.  Willingness and ability to operate effectively as a member of a team

4.  A high level of motivation to keep clients excited and focused

5.  A strong sense of ownership in work and willingness to “go the extra mile” to serve

6.  Sales and copywriting experience and analysis (for websites, emails, ads, etc.)

7.  Technical skills in the areas of how to:

o  Edit a website using an HTML editor and knowledge of basic HTML

o  Use FTP to update a website

o  Setup a website starting from getting a Host and domain name to taking orders

o  Use Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, Outlook, Frontpage

o  Download and install programs off the internet

o  Use SEO tools, such as WordTracker

o  Use online services like shopping carts, autoresponders, web stats and ad tracking
