Stafford Business Solutions, Inc. is now offering positions at the entry level for sales and marketing.

 

Stafford will be opening another office and is growing to 4 new locations this year.  We are willing to train the right individuals to assist in the growth. This job involves face to face sales of services to new business prospects. Once proving to have effective sales consulting and negotiation skills, individuals receive further training, promotions and increased responsibilities. The position is for those with a passion for people and desire to implement change, while working alongside seasoned professionals. 

 

Growth:

 

During this year's growth, we will need multiple management positions filled. We pride ourselves in developing strong managers that uphold above average standards.  In doing this, we require all individuals to be trained and strong in all levels of the business from the ground up.  We find our greatest success comes from internally training individuals ourselves.  We have high standards and expect promotions within the weeks of being hired. 

 

Promotions:

 

There is no seniority, so we will train all qualified individuals from entry level regardless of experience. We avoid office politics by having a policy of promotion based on performance rather than experience or tenure. We are looking for above average people and believe this behavior should be rewarded.

Job Description :

 

- Negotiating and Communicating among Business Accounts According To Territory
- Giving Presentations in Both Group And Individual Settings
- Running Campaign Meetings
- Cross Training Within Other Areas Of The Company
- Participating in Conference Calls to Assist Growth
