Lead Technician

Skills Required: Technician, Crestron, AMX control programs, tweak audio programs, CTS, Gentner, Vortex, Biamp, ceiling deck construction, wall framing, structural engineering Job Description: Lead Technician: Nassau / Suffolk – New York ( NY) Salary $50,000 - $80,000 What you need for the job: • Applicant should have at least 5-years experience working in the field in the audio visual industry. • Must have mastered all aspects of audio-visual field installation and should be able to fully commission a system. • Applicant must have excellent communication skills and possess excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills. • Be a team leader and possess excellent leadership qualities and should be able to lead a field team from rough in to job completion. • CTS or CTS-I Certification is a plus.What you will be doing: • Upload Crestron & AMX control programs to control processors • Write and fully tweak audio programs for at least two of the following audio systems; Gentner, Vortex, and Biamp • Problem solving and trouble shooting of issues that comes up during an installation • Lead team members from the start of the installation to job completion • Full working knowledge of commercial construction methods such as ceiling deck construction, wall framing and structural engineering • Interaction with clients, general contractors, electrical contractors, etc • Daily field reporting to project manager What's in it for you: Working in the exciting field of Audio Video design and installation Excellent benefits and work environmentSo, if you have at least 5 years of experience in the audio video Industry installing high tech systems…please apply !
