ABOUT OUR OPPORTUNITY

 

MS Access Developer – The MS Access developer will be responsible for the development life-cycle of our MS Access projects in coordination with other developers and should be confident and adept in articulating ideas in a clear, well thought out manner. Ability to work under deadlines and multi-task are a must. You will be an employee of Click Consulting and will work within a small development team. You must be able to work independently and in small project teams to develop solid MS Access applications using linked tables to external data sources, VB modules and macros. Solid database design experience and in-depth analytical capability are required.  Key duties and responsibilities include:Database design, development & implementationDesign, develop & maintain the MS Access applicationsMaintaining a professional working relationship with the Click Consulting ClientsOther responsibilities as assigned

 

This is a full-time position, 8:30am to 5:00pm M-F. 

 

ABOUT THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

 

You will come to us with:Bachelor degree in Information Technology, or equivalent work experience. At least 2 years experience with MS AccessSolid database design experienceSome experience with web based applications would be a big bonus
(HTML, PHP, ASP, ASP.NET)Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication and organizational skills are essential. Enthusiasm for creating and evolving rational, effective, high performance systems Must possess strong decision making and problem solving skills. Highly motivated, goal oriented, ethical, and challenge driven. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Ability to follow directions and work independently
