Management Consulting (Business Case) Professionals

We help our clients align their IT strategies with business strategies and transform their organizations, processes, and technologies through financial discipline and a business-focused perspective. Consultants must be professionals who have an interest in how business processes work and interact.  Finally, consultants also need to have a working knowledge of the industry and/or the functional areas.



Consultants will work with clients to analyze current business processes, focusing on the impact of technology, and perform operational and financial analyses presenting findings to client’s senior management. Specifically, consultants will be required to independently:
• Conduct client interviews and gather data from the client as well as from secondary research sources
• Prepare current state analysis of business processes, identify gaps in the current state and outline potential future state
• Create a business case and cost/benefit analysis of moving from current to future state
• Develop potentially complex financial analyses
• Participate in the development of new approaches and methodologies
• Perform analysis and develop recommendations in one or more of the following areas: TCO, ROI, Risk, Security, Business Impact, and/or Sourcing
• Prepare client deliverables consisting of Excel models, Word, and PowerPoint documents



Key Characteristics of Successful Candidate
• Demonstrated experience in business process improvement leveraging information and technology
• Proactive and driven to provide quality service to customers
• Able to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Able to clearly articulate technical and business concepts to clients and peers
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, or business plus MBA degree
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant management consulting experience, preferably with a large consulting firm

 

Prefer consultant in the Seattle or Atlanta metro area; however, will consider consultants in any U.S. major metropolitan area.
