Manager

Currently, we are looking for a talented and motivated Manager to:
· Lead/support project management activities including analysis, planning, project control, reporting, and evaluations
· Lead or facilitate client interactions, meetings and presentations (to include coordination and development of required materials)
· Provide project and investment management support
· Create and maintain plans, tools, and project control artifacts
· Develop Program and/or project-level concept papers, methodologies, and standard processes and procedures
The following experience and skills are REQUIRED to be considered for this position:
· Ability to synthesize complex information quickly
· Ability to obtain and maintain a DHS Secret Clearance (US Citizenship required and you will be subject to a government background check)
· Familiarity with CPIC and knowledge of OMB 300 reporting requirements
· Familiarity with system development lifecycle concepts
· Ability to develop and execute detailed Communication and Implementation plans
· Advanced communication, facilitation, mediation, and verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to comfortably interact and advise top-level and senior Federal executives
· Ability to develop ad-hoc concepts tailored for the environment (visual and written) driven by Executive-level direction and Oversight requests
· Experience in solving complex business issues
· 8-12 years overall experience, with 5+ years in a Federal consulting environment (DHS a plus)
Demonstrated management and leadership experience
The following attributes are HIGHLY DESIRABLE for this position:
· Strong understanding of fundamental IT and/or Program Governance concepts
· Knowledge and/or experience with the investment review process and legislation
· Experience establishing a Program Management Office
· Knowledge and/or experience with internal governance processes
· Experience developing and maintaining program work breakdown structures to support program management
· 8+ years project management experience, preferably in Federal Government
· Big Four Consulting Background (Government / Commercial)
· PMP-certified
· Experience with multiple Federal agencies
· Experience with business case or policy development
· Mastery of fundamental consulting tools, methods, and frameworks
