The Manager, Client Service will supervise a small client servicing team to ensure deliverables and insights exceed client expectations while achieving financial objectives and other operational performance indicators.Qualifications" 5+ years of experience in consulting or market research, dealing with strategic issues from a marketing standpoint for consumer packaged goods companies " Experience in using and tailoring marketing research techniques and advanced analytics" The ability to think like a consumer, to guide research projects" The ability to assemble and present research findings, conclusions and recommendations in the context of strategic issues and business solutions" Strong project management skills, with demonstrated success in leading project teams to achieve results" Proven ability to learn quickly, and to be intellectually aggressive.
