We are seeking a high performing individual with a proven track record, who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The Manager, Product Development will oversee multiple, concurrent product development projects for the Association’s programmatic areas. The successful candidate will be a creative, innovative thinker with a well-rounded marketing background and hands-on experience in both strategic and tactical marketing.

Primary responsibilities include:

* Conceptualizing and researching ideas for new products, programs and services in support of the Association’s strategic goals
* Developing in-depth environmental scans, product proposals, and business/marketing plans in support of the new product development process
* Managing primary market research projects to drive continuous improvement of existing products, including survey tool development, sampling, survey deployment and tracking, data analysis, and final reporting

REQUIRED SKILLS:

* Robust command of marketing and strategic planning principles
* Solid understanding of primary, secondary and business intelligence research methodologies
* Team player with strong collaborative and interpersonal skills
* The ability to independently lead multiple, concurrent projects to be delivered on time, within budget, with a high level of quality
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate market data into actionable recommendations
* Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
* Strong project management and customer service skills



* Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Marketing) required
* 3-5 years relevant work experience in Marketing, with experience conducting market/business intelligence research
* Advanced Excel, Access and PowerPoint skills
* Experience with online survey tools (e.g. QuestionPro) a plus
