Manager, Measurement & Analysis

Position Description:

Relationship with the internal and external client, in all aspects of Research, Analytics and Measurement (RAM). Ultimate responsibility on the team for the design, implementation and quality delivery of world-class RAM solutions.
Serve as Client Team Lead for one or a portfolio of DECISION SCIENCES clients
- Manage, as necessary, a mix of dedicated and flexible resources
- Manage delivery to client-specific Sales and Marketing Income targets
- Growth DECISION SCIENCES client relationship -- actively pursue new Sales through relevant deepening of client relationship
- Support DECISION SCIENCES Business Development activities by sharing learnings, providing thought-leadership, representing DECISION SCIENCES in Pre-Sale presentations, creating RFP responses and estimates, and authoring Measurement Plans and Measurement Architectures
- Ensure consistent delivery of value-add contributions through data-driven insights and analyses
- Create analytic reports to address client objectives including rigorous program performance results metrics
- Constantly evaluate and improve existing processes
- Interface with CMG Information Technology staff to support analysis functions
- Assist in developing department goals and strategies

- Ensure team requirements are met through appropriate selection, training and development of employees
- Ensure team has necessary resources to complete assignments
- Create a "great place to work- environment through employee communications and engagement` programs



Position Requirements:

Required
- Advanced degree in Quantitative Marketing, Statistics, Math, Economics or related quantitative field, or significant work experience
- Advanced coursework in inferential descriptive statistics, particularly in experimental design and regression
- Some experience with CART, CHAID, neural networks, data visualization tools, rule induction, and survival analysis
- Significant programming experience with statistical software – SAS preferred
- Experience in an analytical role and experience as coach, manager or team leader

Preferred
- Experience in data-driven marketing with large-scale data requirements
- Experience leading analysts in a team-based, client-focused culture
- Some experience with any of the following: corporate budgeting process, staff resource allocation, capital expenditure justification, etc.
