DJ Manufacturing is one of Puerto Rico’s leading apparel manufacturers. In order to support our continued growth by promoting customer service and supply chain effectiveness we are searching for an experienced Director of Manufacturing.

 

Requirements:

 

·  Effective and Proactive management of manufacturing and packaging operations in line with present and future business requirements.

·  Strong background in Textile and Apparel Manufacturing environment a plus.

·  Foster a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork by developing good metrics to assess effectiveness and progress

·  Develops manufacturing budget and ensures compliance with Company policies and identifies, communicate and drives implementation of capital investments and improvement projects.

·  Proven track record with evidence of excellent people management, project management, collaborative problem-solving and strong communications skills.

·  You will have 10 plus years of experience in high volume manufacturing environment with at least five years at senior level, preferably with Head of Function experience.

·  BS/MBA in Engineering or Business Administration.

·  Bilingual Spanish-English a must (verbal-writing)
