 We are expanding the marketing department and are looking to fill a new role:  Marketing Manager, Internal Marketing.  This person will be responsible for helping the Marketing Director implement and support our 80+ offices with their marketing goals and strategies.  The right candidate will possess the ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments and projects, with varying deadlines.  This will include assisting with advertising campaigns, print ads, marketing collateral, general marketing plan development….as well as other general department duties, etc.  The new Marketing Manager will have the ability to work equally well independently as in a group setting. 

 Qualifications:  Bachelors degree in marketing, or similar business degree.  3-6 years of experience either b-to-b or b-to-c marketing/communications.  Strong track record and previous successes in similar position, or junior contributor looking to add more professional responsibility. Proficiency with MS Office is a must and experience Adobe CS software is highly preferred.  Takes direction well – and can see project through with minimal guidance. Ability to manage multiple assignments and projects independently and simultaneously Well organized Detail oriented Ability to meet deadlines and work under time commitments Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Need a team player requiring little travel in a casual office environment for the industry leader in community association management.
